Hawaii Nurses and Healthcare Professionals Membership Meeting Notice and Proposed Draft Agenda 

Notice: Pursuant to Article II, Section 7 of the HNHP Constitution, an Annual Membership Meeting of the Hawaii Nurses and Healthcare Professionals (HNHP) will be held:

Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in person 

and 

via virtual Zoom platform

Meeting to start at 4:30 pm    (Waiting room virtually and in person opens at 4:00 pm for check-in)

Register by November 8, 2025, for this meeting.  A valid government ID or employer ID may be required for entrance to meeting.

Beginning on November 9, 2025, HNHP will send a confirmation email with information about joining the meeting.

AGENDA:

• Approval of Agenda
• Review of Minutes
• Reports of Officers
• Election Results
• Kaiser National & Local Bargaining Unit Updates
• 2026 Budget Approval
• Important info re: Affiliation w/National Organization
• Adjournment 6:30 pm.
